About this role

Job Summary Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and other light recreational vehicles. Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards through systematic inspection and testing. Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical and structural faults using visual checks, test rides and diagnostic equipment. Repair and rebuild engines, transmissions, clutches and drive systems according to manufacturer specifications. Service and repair brakes, steering, suspension, fuel and exhaust systems, including adjustments and component replacement. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tune-ups, battery servicing, tire replacement and wheel balancing. Use technical manuals, wiring diagrams and computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve faults. Document service work, prepare repair estimates, order replacement parts and maintain parts inventory records. Requirements Completion of secondary school and vocational training or apprenticeship in motorcycle, small engine or related mechanical trades preferred. Practical experience diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles or similar vehicles. Familiarity with mechanical, fuel and electrical systems commonly found on recreational vehicles. Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams. Physical ability to lift components, work in confined spaces and perform hands-on repairs for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, safe work practices and effective time management to meet job schedules.
