Job Profile Summary: Provides World Class Customer Service To Health System Patients While Participating In A Variety Of Areas Of Their Meal Ordering, Preparation And Delivery. Responsibilities: • Responsible For Meeting Department Goal On Timely Meal Delivery By Quick Response To Meal Orders Received By Phone, Tray Preparation Or Delivery To Patient Rooms • Responsible For Accurate Meal Delivery To Patients With Accurate Data Entry, Attention To Detail In Tray Prep, Stocking Of Unit Kitchens And/Or Delivery Of The Correct Meal/Snacks To The Correct Patient • Positively Impacting The Patient Experience Through Enhanced Clear, Respectful, And Effective Communication Skills Inclusive Of Listening Carefully To Patients • Responsible For Safe And Patient-Health Oriented Meal Preparation And Delivery
