Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our LA - Learning Advancement Plan department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in providing occupational therapy services to individuals with learning challenges. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and cognitive abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
