About this role

Occupational Therapist — Sydney | NDIS-focused | Company car provided Multiple Sydney locations — choose the clinic closest to home

Are you an Occupational Therapist who loves the variety of NDIS work — the mix of clinic and community, the range of clients from little ones to adults, and the deep reward of walking alongside families over time?

If so, this could be your next chapter.

Our client is an established NDIS-registered allied health provider growing quickly across Sydney, with a warm, welcoming culture and a genuine investment in their therapists.

You'll enjoy a mixed caseload of around 85% paediatrics and 15% adults, working across the clinic and out in the community. Roughly 85–90% of your clients will be NDIS-funded, with the rest a mix of private and Medicare — so plenty of clinical variety, and a chance to build long-term therapeutic relationships that actually make a difference.

What's on offer

  • Salary of $80,000 – $100,000 + Super, based on experience
  • Company car available at most clinic locations for community visits
  • Mixed clinic and community-based work — no two days the same
  • Supportive multidisciplinary team environment
  • Genuine mentoring and career development pathways
  • Growing organisation with room to move as the team expands
  • Open to both Limited Registration and General Registration — a great fit if you're an internationally qualified OT working through your AHPRA pathway
  • Culturally diverse client base — meaningful, community-connected work

Who this suits

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (Limited or General)
  • Genuine interest in NDIS work with children and families
  • Warm, adaptable, and comfortable moving between clinic and community settings
  • Driver's licence preferred (not essential — company cars available)
  • Australian working rights

New graduates with strong clinical placements and internationally qualified OTs on AHPRA pathways are warmly encouraged to apply.
