Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k
Port Washington & Mineola | Outpatient Clinics 

Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You’ll split time between our Port Washington & Mineola clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care 
  • Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
  • Fabricate custom splints as needed
  • Document evaluations and treatment progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
  • NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
  • Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills 
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Sensory integration experience a plus
  • Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
