Position Summary: Performs Occupational therapy evaluation, reassessment and consultation; provides plan of care, discharge planning, patient, and significant other education; renders occupational therapy services within the practice guidelines of the American Association of Occupational Therapy (AOTA) and other regulatory agencies.
