Flexible to start around your schedule. 1st shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 0900-1300EST Monday - Friday 0800-1200CST Monday - Friday 0600-1000PST Location: Remote PT Job Description of On Call Coordinator I The On Call Coordinator I is an individual that will be trained to become intimately knowledgeable with the Amphibious Medics On-Call Response Program. This individual will be working with the On Call Coordinator III to manage scheduled and ASAP eVisit requests. eVisit appointments are medical visits that take place over face-to-face real time-video to assist clients in the planning, review and organization of employee care and claims for employees who have sustained an on-the-job injury. Essential Job Duties · Collection of incident documentation and information maintenance of active callouts. · Manage Multiple Lines of Communication · Identify and remain calm and walk the caller through the steps necessary to ensure their safety · Preform and conduct remote eVisits via Video and Telephone · Various administrative duties and tasks Position Pay and Advancement o Coordinator I – eVisit Coordinator Pay Range: $20 start Probation Review at 6mo: $1-2 o Coordinator II – Call Taker Pay Range: $20-22 Review at 6mo: $1-2 raise Requirements Minimum Requirements · 2-4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response · Proficient in Microsoft Office Education / Certification · NREMT or State EMT-B (or above) · High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Preferred Qualifications · Some furthered education (i.e. college, vocational school, etc.) · HSMT certification · Phone experience, either in an office, dispatch, or recruiting environment · 1 year experience in an administrative / office environment.
