Scrum Master
- Good understanding of, and experience with XP practices
- Leaning thinking and principles
- Experience with Kanban methodology
- Experience with Scrum methodology
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, )
- Experience with Agile reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well versed in Project management principles
- Ability to work with teams in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, nearshore)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of accountability and ownership
Educational Requirements:
3+ Years of Experience; At least 3 Years Agile project management Experience required; Scrum Master Certification a must. Demonstrated knowledge of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. Proven ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision, and with other non-technical departments. Excellent communication and facilitation skills both verbal and written. Excellent Team Building and Empowerment Skills. Experience with ALM tools is a must.
