Job Description

• 对批量生产的工艺，设备过程进行有效的控制，分析和改进/ Effectively control, analyze and improvement on process and equipment for mass production.

达成生产线的运营指标：质量，交付，成本/ achieve the manufacturing KPI: quality, delivery, cost

• 保证生产工艺的正常运行，指导维修人员进行相关生产设备的维护并持续提升工艺的稳定性。

Ensure manufacturing process running smoothly, instruct the maintenance staff to maintain the equipment and continuous improve the process robustness.

 

• 制订生产相关的流程文件（PFMEA,CP,WI）以保证稳定的产品质量, 持续提高相关流程的效率。

Work out production related process documents (PFMEA, CP, WI) to ensure the stability of product quality, continuously improve the efficiency of procedure.

 

• 采取措施持续提升生产线的生产率，提高设备综合利用效率, 降低生产内部报废率。

Take actions to continuously improve the productivity, increase OEE performance and decrease the internal defect cost.

 

• 在日常工作中使用质量工具（14Q，Poka-Yoke, PDCA，8D report）提升生产线质量水平，分析和解决现场质量问题/ Use quality tools in daily work (14Q, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D, report) to enhance the production line quality, analyse and solve quality problems in the shop floor.

 

• 协助新产品的调试和工装调试/ Support trail run of new product and new fixture.

 

• 支持客户和内部评审/ Support customer and internal audit.

保持与其它部门/领导工厂的沟通和合作/  Communicate and cooperate with plant internal other departments and lead plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor mechanical/electrical engineering机械/电气工程学士

2~3 years working experience

2~3年工作经验

MS office, wide-spread technical basic knowledge

MS 办公软件，通用技术基础知识
