This is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Strategy & Operations Performance Management team, responsible for measuring, improving, and accelerating overall CBT performance.
This role combines data engineering, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform how leaders access information, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will design and implement end-to-end data, analytics, and AI solutions that enable organizational performance management, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across Corporate Business Technology.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on analytics professional who possesses strong technical expertise, business acumen, curiosity, and a passion for innovation. They should have a proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources, uncover meaningful insights, communicate compelling stories, and leverage emerging AI technologies to drive measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and modern cloud technologies.
Source, engineer, curate, govern, and serve data from multiple domains including project portfolio management, resource management, applications, finance, agile delivery, operational metrics, employee experience, surveys, and technology performance.
Develop scalable and optimized data pipelines, data models, and analytical solutions that support enterprise reporting, performance management, and data-driven decision making.
Define and evolve scalable data, analytics, and AI architectures that ensure reliability, maintainability, security, and long-term business value.
Build intuitive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that clearly communicate organizational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Perform advanced data analysis and investigation to identify opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency gains, cost optimization, and business value realization.
Design and deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions leveraging Generative AI, Copilot technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, intelligent search, and automated insight generation.
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI and analytics use cases.
Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative solutions using emerging AI, data, and automation technologies to improve organizational productivity and decision-making.
Ensure AI and analytics solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI standards.
Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to CBT leadership, business technology leaders, product organizations, and Strategy & Operations teams.
Communicate complex analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Promote strong data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and business definition practices.
Collaborate across global teams to improve data literacy, confidence in analytics, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
Mentor team members and champion best practices in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, visualization, AI, and storytelling.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing analytics, reporting, and AI solutions to maximize business value.
This role requires collaboration and working with a Global Team.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
Advanced experience developing enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI.
Strong SQL expertise, including performance optimization, data modeling, and data integration across multiple data sources.
Strong Python programming skills with experience supporting analytics, automation, machine learning, or AI use cases.
Experience working with enterprise cloud data platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale datasets.
Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level communications.
Demonstrated ability to lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, or related AI technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Services, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, or other modern cloud analytics platforms.
Experience developing AI-enabled knowledge management, search, recommendation, or self-service solutions.
Experience supporting technology organizations, operational performance management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Master's degree in a related field.
