About Mochi Health
Mochi Health is a direct-to-patient telehealth company specializing in obesity medicine and expanding into primary care. With over 200,000 active patients, 500+ providers across 50 states, and a proprietary AI-enabled EMR, Mochi is building the infrastructure for a new model of virtual care delivery.
Mochi's Operations team sits at the center of the company's highest-priority initiatives — from standing up new lines of business to protecting the patient and provider experience that drives retention. As Mochi scales, we need generalist operators who can move fluidly across projects, own ambiguous problems end-to-end, and use modern tools, including AI, to work faster and smarter than a traditional ops team.
As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and coordinating care for new patients. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Clinical, Product, and Data teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and scale our operations. The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
