Supervise inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising. Lead and develop store teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure excellent customer service standards. Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Drive operational efficiency across electronics and home improvement categories. Experience in brands such as Jumbo, Eros, DG Sharaf, Croma, Vijay Sales, ACE Hardware, or IKEA is highly preferred.
