At Stella Stays, you will: As an Operations Specialist at Stella Stays, you will play a critical role in building and managing our residential hospitality operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will also be responsible for: Creating and implementing hospitality standards and processes to deliver a world-class guest experience while leading a high-performing team to execute them effectively. Overseeing building operations across Stella Stays’ KSA properties, ensuring rooms and apartments are guest-ready, conducting quality audits, and responding to guest needs. Working closely with the HQ, City Leads, and City Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class end-to-end service and achieve operational, cost, and guest experience targets. Creating training materials and structured frameworks to train and develop Operations Specialists across KSA. Managing guest-facing operations and housekeeping while serving as the main point of contact for escalations and emergencies within the KSA Operations team. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships with housekeeping, replenishment, and logistics companies. Ensuring maintenance workers, handymen, plumbers, electricians, landlords, and other service providers deliver in line with Stella Stays’ standards and expectations. Driving process improvements and cost efficiencies through data analysis and creative problem-solving. Collaborating with HQ and City Leads to optimize strategies, strengthen operational performance, and build a culture of “hospitality everywhere” across the Operations and Guest Experience teams. Ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Operations Specialist role at Stella Stays should have: A proven track record of leadership within the hospitality industry, preferably with fast-growing and reputable brands. Experience managing teams across multiple locations, supported by exceptional people management skills. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, coaching, and leading both full-time and part-time employees. Experience in contract negotiations and managing external partners, vendors, and suppliers. Strong project management experience, including launching new properties, markets, or operational initiatives within hospitality or consulting. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment while defining clear systems and processes. A creative and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and contribute to shaping the future of hospitality. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and an openness to adopting new technologies. A proactive, hands-on, and “whatever it takes” mentality to ensure success in the role.
