Job Description Summary
We are looking for candidates to work as Operators in the Machining Department of the Production function.
Job Description:
- Carry out production and manufacturing processes,
- Operate Wire EDM and CNC milling machines using the NX CAM software,
- Prepare CAM programs and set up/workpiece clamping operations,
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of Wire EDM and CNC machines,
- Read and interpret technical drawings,
- Ensure the regular maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and materials used,
- Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Education
- Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College with a degree in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works, or a related field,
- 2-5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines,
- Proficient in using the NX CAM software and capable of preparing CAM programs,
- Sound knowledge of mold manufacturing processes,
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings,
- Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc,
- Strong manual dexterity, detail-oriented, careful, and meticulous in work execution,
- Able to work in a shift-based environment,
- Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
- For male candidates, no military service obligation.
