As a Production Operator at our Aumont-Aubrac site, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate and monitor manufacturing, packaging, and production equipment.
• Control machinery and production line processes in accordance with operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Support manufacturing, packaging, and material handling activities.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products as required.
• Follow established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Identify and report equipment issues, product quality concerns, or safety risks.
• Participate in cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or packaging environment is an advantage.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and safely handle production equipment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working in the food, ingredients, chemical, or related manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality standards.
• Forklift or other industrial equipment certifications.
• Experience with automated production systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
