- Full groove fixing of cooling – check cooling temperature
- Secure and verify the entire groove of the demold section
- Full groove fixing and verification of unloading section
- Check the temperature of the preheater
- After cleaning the nozzle of the robot's dispensing, attach the mixer.
- Check the urethane molding ball eccentricity
2. Mold cleaning work – 2 times/ 1year day cleaning work
- Mold replacement
- Mold disintegration
- Sanding

- Mold assembly
