Responsibilities:
You set up, operate, and load weaving machines and equipment in the weaving mill
You monitor production processes and ensure that operations run smoothly
You make technical adjustments to the weaving machines
You resolve errors and malfunctions and fix broken threads
You perform quality checks
You clean the machines and equipment and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area
Qualifications:
- You have training in textile technology or equivalent professional experience; a career change is also possible
- You have dexterity and a strong commitment to quality
- You are eager to learn, a team player, and work carefully and reliably
- You are willing to work in a fully continuous shift system
- You have a good command of German
