About this role
Oracle EBS Consultant (Contract)
Location: Hyderabad | Type: Contract |Start: Immediate / ASAP
Role Overview
We are looking for an Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience building integrations using Oracle-certified APIs. Our product is an end-to-end expense management and e-procurement platform with native SAP integration, and we are now building an equivalent native integration for the Oracle ecosystem. This is a contract role for a professional who can quickly understand requirements, design a robust integration approach, and deliver effectively.
We highly prefer candidates with prior experience publishing or integrating solutions on Oracle Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between our platform and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Build integrations using Oracle-certified APIs and standard integration frameworks
- Map expense management and e-procurement workflows to the appropriate Oracle modules (Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, General Ledger, etc.)
- Leverage existing SAP integration patterns as a reference to deliver a comparable native Oracle integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
- Support packaging, validation, and listing of the integration on Oracle Marketplace
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-sync issues efficiently
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability of implemented integrations
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience integrating with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Proven experience working with Oracle-certified APIs (REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFdi, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle Marketplace (publishing, listing, or building Marketplace-ready integrations)
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion functional modules relevant to expense management and procurement (AP, PO, iProcurement, GL)
- Familiarity with authentication and security standards (OAuth, SSL/TLS, role-based access)
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a contract setting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience building or publishing solutions on Oracle Marketplace
- Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms with Oracle (expense, procurement, or finance domains a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP integration (helpful, since this role mirrors that integration pattern for Oracle)
- Candidates working as trainers or associated with training institutes, or currently upskilling others in Oracle technologies
- Immediate or short-notice availability
