Primary Skills:
- Oracle Fusion ERP functional knowledge.
- Oracle Fusion Procurement / Supplier Management.
- Vendor/Supplier onboarding and maintenance.
- Vendor master data governance and record management.
- Bank account configuration and supplier-related setup activities in Oracle Fusion.
- Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion supplier and invoice-related issues.
- Experience handling vendor requests and service ticket resolution.
Secondary Skills: (Good to have):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Vendor-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience responding to support emails and operational queues.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to independently execute tasks.
- Use of AI tools (Gemini/Copilot/ChatGPT) for issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Process-oriented with SLA adherence and documentation discipline.
