Job Summary
We are hiring Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Whiteland, IN. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack

Stage, wrap, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Load and unload freight safely and efficiently

Move products to designated storage locations

Verify product quantities and inspect freight for damage

Complete shipment confirmations and required documentation

Perform pre-shift equipment inspections

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

Perform general warehouse duties and sanitation tasks as assigned

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous warehouse experience preferred
-
At least 6 months of electric pallet jack experience preferred

Ability to become certified on an electric pallet jack

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift

Lift, carry, push, and pull 10–50 pounds regularly

Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and lift overhead

Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions

Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
