Position Type: Experienced solo, Mentor or Entry-Level CDL-A Driver
We're currently adding Class A CDL drivers who live within 90 miles of Camp Hill, PA. Opportunities are available for experienced solo drivers, qualified driver mentors, and recent CDL graduates entering the industry.

Get consistent OTR freight without driver unloads or complicated delivery requirements.
Drivers can expect a traditional OTR schedule with time at home between runs.
Have experience behind the wheel and enjoy helping newer drivers learn the job?
Qualified drivers can move into a Driver Mentor position and earn additional compensation while helping newly licensed drivers complete their required OTR training.
A typical training assignment lasts approximately 11 days:
Day 1: Observation and introduction to the truck
Days 2–11: Qualifying OTR training days with the student driver
Mentors can take home time or return to solo driving between trainees depending on availability and scheduling.
Your regular base rate remains $0.55–$0.65 CPM based on experience, with additional mentor compensation available:
Structured online checklists are provided to help mentors guide each trainee through the program.
You don't need three months of experience to get started.
Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply for our new-driver training program. You'll receive hands-on OTR training with an experienced mentor while building the experience needed to transition into a solo position.
New drivers receive:
Once the first 3 months of experience are completed, eligible drivers can move into the standard solo pay range of $0.55CPM.
Experienced driver applicants must:
Recent CDL graduates who qualify for the training program are not required to already have 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
