  • Build a high-performing culture grounded in safety, accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement

  • Identify and develop high-potential employees while supporting succession planning

  • Partner with Human Resources and operational leaders on recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Create an environment where employees understand how their work contributes to the success of the team and to the experience of our customers

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor operational performance through measures such as labor efficiency, order cycle time, on-time shipping, pick and packing accuracy, capacity utilization, overtime, and cost per order

  • Analyze daily operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity

  • Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures

  • Improve warehouse layout, slotting, replenishment methods, labor allocation, and outbound workflow

  • Support capital improvement projects, warehouse expansion initiatives, system enhancements, and automation efforts

  • Use sound judgment to balance cost management with safety, quality, employee wellbeing, and customer service

Safety, Quality, & Training

  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety standards

  • Conduct safety audits, facility inspections, incident reviews, and corrective action planning

  • Maintain high standards for outbound order accuracy, inventory integrity, and shipping quality

  • Lead root-cause analysis when defects, errors, or operational issues occur

  • Partner with Key Trainers and department leaders to maintain effective onboarding and cross-training programs

  • Ensure employees are properly trained on equipment, safety procedures, shipping processes, warehouse systems, RF technology, and Standard Operating Procedures

Systems & Operational Planning

  • Use warehouse technologies and reporting tools, including WMS, ERP and transportation systems, RF scanners, labor management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
