Job Description
- Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
- Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
- Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.
Qualifications
Hotel Management graduate or equivalent
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
proficiency in English language
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Additional Information

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
