Key Responsibilities Oversee daily packaging production activities to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets. Implement quality control measures across packaging processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability. Lead, train, and supervise packaging teams to achieve performance goals. Optimize packaging costs while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for uninterrupted operations. Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Production Planning – Manage production schedules and resource allocation. Quality Assurance – Ensure packaging quality standards and compliance. Inventory Management – Control stock levels and material utilization. Team Leadership – Lead and motivate operational teams effectively. Cost Optimization – Improve efficiency while reducing operational costs. Preferred Skills Lean Manufacturing knowledge ERP system experience Continuous Improvement methodologies Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement for a Packaging Manager role is 5–10 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production environments. Candidates should possess experience managing packaging operations, quality standards, inventory, and production teams.
