As a School-Based Paraprofessional, you will support students with academic, behavioral, and developmental needs throughout the school day.
Responsibilities include:
Provide one-on-one or classroom-based student support
Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
Encourage positive behavior and student engagement
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
Support implementation of educational and behavioral strategies
Promote student independence, participation, and confidence
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Reliable, compassionate, patient, and team-oriented individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with children or in a support role preferred
Ability to complete required background clearances (support provided)
