Responsibilities

1. IBDP Business Management

• Conduct 5 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each).
• Ensure timely and effective syllabus coverage in accordance with the IB Diploma Programme requirements.
• Plan and conduct formative and summative assessments.
• Provide guidance and supervision for:
  • Internal Assessment (IA)
  • Extended Essay (EE) (where assigned)
• Maintain high academic standards and provide timely feedback to students.

2. CBSE Grade 11 – Entrepreneurship

• Conduct 4 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each).
• Complete the prescribed CBSE syllabus within the academic timeline.
• Guide students in project work as per CBSE requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate assessments and maintain student records.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching resources as required.
• Ensure regular student assessment and timely submission of marks and reports.
• Adhere to the school's academic calendar, curriculum plans, and assessment schedules.
• Maintain professional communication with the Academic Coordinator regarding student progress and curriculum implementation.
