Klaviyo’s Partnerships team drives durable growth through an ecosystem of agencies, systems integrators, consultants, MSPs, OSPs, and other strategic services partners. We work closely with partners to create demand, unlock new revenue, improve customer outcomes, and bring the full value of Klaviyo to market.
Our best Partner Managers are commercial, partner-first, and highly collaborative. They turn strong executive relationships into measurable business outcomes through joint go-to-market planning, co-sell execution, partner recruitment, partner enablement, and strategic account development.
This is a senior, execution-focused strategic partnerships role supporting Klaviyo’s Mid/Large Enterprise motion across Asia. The role will help build and scale high-impact relationships with global and regional strategic partners, including Accenture, WPP, Hakuhodo, and Dentsu, while developing a broader partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, Japan, Greater China, and South Korea.
Reporting to the APAC Partnerships Leader, you will identify, recruit, and grow strategic partnerships from the ground up. You will navigate complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments and translate partner engagement into measurable pipeline, revenue, customer outcomes, and market expansion.
A key part of the role is building Klaviyo’s presence with partners that have strong enterprise reach, delivery capability, and influence across the target markets. Experience working with MSP and OSP models will be beneficial as we creatively explore how these partners can help bring Klaviyo’s next generation of AI-forward product capabilities to market.
You will articulate and differentiate Klaviyo in the market, drive business development and co-sell opportunities, and shape services-led go-to-market plays that help partners grow their Klaviyo practice and profitability. You will also work closely with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and regional leadership to bring Klaviyo’s broader platform story to market, including our B2C CRM, AI-powered capabilities, and service offerings.
Strong martech experience is preferred but not required. More important is the ability to understand complex customer and partner environments, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and turn strategic relationships into repeatable commercial outcomes.
