About this role
Responsible for the administrative oversight of birthday parties and field trips in the Athletics & Aquatics Department, responsible for all party preparations and ensuring that each event is fully staffed. The party coordinator will hire, train, supervise and observe party hosts. The party coordinator will ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained in relation to the Corner Zone and party venues and make recommendations for new purchases. The Party Coordinator will work closely with program managers to ensure venue hours are updated for public display.
