  • Greet and assist patients and families with urgency and empathyĀ Ā 

  • Register patients quickly and accurately during emergency visitsĀ Ā 

  • Verify insurance, demographics, and required documentationĀ Ā 

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately in high-stress situationsĀ Ā 

  • Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as neededĀ Ā 

  • Partner with clinical teams to maintain patient flow and efficiencyĀ Ā
