Patient Service Associate (Royce Dental Group)

About this role

Main responsibilities:

  • To attend to all patients’ enquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously.

  • To register patients either for appointment or walk-in treatment.

  • Upon completion of treatment, to discharge patients by dispensing medication, collection of accurate payments and scheduling for the next appointments.

  • To collect payment accurately in any mode of payment (cash, NETS, credit card etc.)

  • To key in every treatment charges and sales of dental products in clinic management software.

  • To issue medical receipts and medical certificates.

  • To file patients’ treatment cards correctly.

  • To maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times.

  • Support basic clinical tasks during peak hours or when assigned.

Requirements

  • All applicants are welcome to apply, prior experience in dental or healthcare front desk/ reception role will be an advantage.

  • Computer literate.

  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of spoken and written English; bilingualism is an advantage (e.g., English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) to liaise with patients of diverse backgrounds.

  • On-the-job training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience.

Working Arrangement : 5 days work week inclusive of weekends/ night shifts
