Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Coordinator to support the onboarding of a large enterprise customer. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, this role will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated, on-time, and high-quality rollout for active strategic initiatives.

We are only considering candidates who reside in or are in easy reach of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as in-office work will be required periodically. The office is located within a five minute walk of Union Station.

 

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain the master implementation plan, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines. 
• Drive weekly execution cadence: attend internal and client-facing meetings, track status, and follow up on action items. 
• Keep all workstreams (product, integrations, data migration, training, support readiness) aligned and on track. 
• Track deliverables and proactively push owners to completion. 
• Identify risks, blockers, and scope gaps early; maintain a clear risk log and mitigation plans. 
• Escalate issues with context, urgency, and recommended actions. 
• Prepare materials and agendas for client meetings and ensure client commitments are tracked and delivered. 
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, timelines, and ownership and build lightweight reporting (status updates, dashboards) to prevent dropped balls across a complex onboarding. 

Qualifications

Must Have

• 3 to 5 years in project coordination, implementation, or operations roles. 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication. 
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS implementations or customer onboarding. 
• Exposure to healthcare or home care environments. 
• Familiarity with Jira, or similar project tracking tools.
