Job Responsibilities
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and sorting of payroll / cessation documents
Assist in Government paid leave claim submissions
Assist in NS leave submissions
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
‘O’ level, NITEC in office skill
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Applicants without relevant work experience may be considered
Other Prerequisites
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS office applications especially Microsoft Excel
Always ready to accept change with positive attitude
Meticulous and attention to detail
