Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for 2,000+ employees
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments
- Streamline payroll systems and improve operational workflows
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to resolve payroll-related matters
- Monitor payroll data integrity, reporting, and system performance
Qualifications:
- Experience managing high-volume payroll operations required
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll software, reporting systems, and process automation
