Position Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting global employees and client HR/Finance teams with payroll and billing-related questions, including payslips, statutory deductions, taxes, FX conversions, employer costs, and invoice discrepancies. The specialist will reconcile gross-to-net payroll reports against client invoices, investigate variances, and partner with Payroll, Billing, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate payments, timely invoicing, and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve support tickets from global employees regarding payslip line items, statutory deductions, tax withholdings, currency conversions, and pay date discrepancies.
Serve as the first point of contact for client finance and HR teams asking for itemized cost breakdowns, billing reconciliations, or clarifications on localized employer tax contributions.
Reconcile gross-to-net payroll reports against client invoice totals to ensure zero revenue leakage and accurate payout processing.
Collaborate with Billing, Account Receivables, and Local Payroll operations to resolve billing blocks, payment delays, or invoicing errors swiftly.

Key Qualifications:

2–4+ years handling payroll support, billing, or accounts receivable, ideally within an EOR, PEO, or global payroll platform environment.
Strong comprehension of gross-to-net pay calculations, foreign exchange invoicing, statutory employer burdens, and international tax deductions.
Ability to explain complex tax and billing mechanics in plain language; meticulous attention to numerical detail; strong customer-first mindset.
