WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Senior Supervisor, People Solutions Advisory and be part of a team of People Solutions Advisors based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum, that bring world class service experience to our Nike teammates across EMEA. Collaborators include People Solutions teammates (regional and global) as well as Nike Teammates (Retail & Corporate).

People Solutions is Nike's Service Delivery Model that provides high-quality service to all our employees. As a People Solutions Advisor I, you will support and empower the People Solutions Advisory team at our European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum. You will gradually build outstanding expertise in the following areas: employee benefits, compensation, HR Processes and policies, service delivery to Nike employees, etc. In short, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and will find the right solution for each of their questions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

People Solutions Advisory serves as the front door to HR globally and cares for the end-to-end teammate experience and flawless delivery of HR programs and services during the moments that matter most. You will provide excellent service and detailed HR assistance to employees. This service includes daily support on the phone and accurate follow-up of the inquiries People Solutions receives. You provide timely, accurate, and complete information and ensure Teammates and Managers receive appropriate advice or coaching based on the nature of their inquiry.
 

• Serves as first point of contact for HR customer inquiries via various intake channels such as phone and chat.
• Answer general HR questions and provide guidance on HR inquiries from Nike Teammates and Managers. This includes support for self-service, policy questions, employment verifications, and following up on raised tickets.
• Utilize knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve HR customer inquiries within Service Level Agreements.
• Triage and escalate unresolved HR customer inquiries to relevant teams as needed.
• Conduct research related to specific inquiries, working to deliver with quality and speed.
