Reimagine What’s Possible
PG Plant Lab Technician
- Analyze raw materials and products using various analytical equipment, including GC and ICP-MS
- Analyze products supplied to major customers such as Samsung and SK hynix, enter data, manage analytical data, and respond to audits
- Issue COA for He containers & tubes
- Perform SCBA analysis and issue COA
- Support ASU sampler analysis (LOX, LIN, LAR)
- Manage He ISO and tube analytical data
- Analyze pure gas raw materials and impurities (HE, N2, AR, O2, H2) and manage the resulting data
- Mixture gas analysis
- Emission gas analysis
- Support sample analysis requested by customers
- Collaborate with Sales and QA on quality analysis matters (e.g., discussing customer spec requirements)
- Purchase, manage, and validate standard gases
- Perform analyzer calibration and gauge R&R
- Maintain analyzers (regeneration and RSA solution add-fill) and manage carrier gas
- Purchase PG process consumables and process related costs; prepare PRs
- Purchase safety supplies and process related costs; prepare E-Forms
- Manage eCOA registration
- Monitor the process through SPC to improve quality and manage quality specifications
- Identify root causes of defects, propose solutions, and take preventive action
- Ensure reliability and improve quality through zero-defect quality that meets customer requirements
- Reduce costs by increasing customer satisfaction and lowering defect rates
Common Duties
- Issue safe work permits and manage related work
- Chair and participate in monthly safety meetings (BSP)
- Perform safety duties as required by the company
- Prepare for and conduct statutory inspections
