Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time)
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient
Chesapeake locations with hours:
Chesapeake (SMOC) - Discovery Dr.
Chesapeake (Grassfield) - Cedar Rd.
Chesapeake, VA (Kingsborough) - Kingsborough Sq.
Chesapeake (Spine & Aquatic) - N. Battlefield Blvd
Chesapeake (Western Branch) - Taylor Rd.
Compensation Range: $50 – $60/per hour

License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
