What you will be doing

•    Manages all aspects of case load management.
•    Document and bills in timely manner per department guidelines.
•    Maintains and/or exceeds productivity expectations as per Rehab guidelines.
•    Maintains and develops competence through required training, in-service and continuing educational programs.
•    Participates in education of staff, community and healthcare professionals (i.e. in-services and community/professional education).
•    Follows departmental procedures for documentation required including Dimensions, vacation requests, weekend switches, fee for service and continuing education reimbursements, as applicable.
•    Is flexible with handling changes in the Section as they arise and accommodates to support department and hospital strategic initiatives.
•    Participates in departmental Quality Improvement initiatives to promote clinical and/or operational excellence.
•    Meets stated expectations of residency/fellowship program
