About this role
Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, posture, muscle strength, and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, gait training, and mobility training. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and organizational policies. Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices through continuous professional development.
