The Role
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Pipe Welders to join our Fabrication Shop team. We are looking for skilled tradespeople who are quality-focused, organized, and take pride in their work.
Please note: Both positions require specific, proven experience with Stainless Steel fabrication and welding.
Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive wage with excellent hourly compensation
- Overtime after 8 hours per day.
- 6% vacation pay and 4% stat holiday pay on all regular hours.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld pressure piping, fittings, and vessels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain shop quality standards and adhere to all project deadlines.
- Perform high-quality welding (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, etc.) as required.
- Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and fellow tradespeople to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workspace.
- Identify hazards and comply with company safety policies and legislative requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Education/Skills/Experience
- Journeyman B-Pressure Welder ticket.
- Valid CWB qualifications (current and in good standing).
- Proven experience with industrial fabrication.
- For both positions: Demonstrated, extensive experience in Stainless Steel pipe welding is required.
- Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings and isometrics.
- Strong troubleshooting and layout skills.
- Safety tickets: WHMIS 2015, First Aid, and valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
