Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: Contract
Period of Performance: Through Mid-November 2026, with potential extension
- Configure, maintain, and support PIVOT platform components and associated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, availability, and functionality.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor system health and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders to meet mission requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, platform engineering, or systems administration.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical environments.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience working with virtualization, cloud, networking, or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience supporting federal government or DoD environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with automation and scripting tools.
- Industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, Azure, AWS, or comparable certifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials or security clearance, if applicable.
