About this role

Planner – Walls Construction

Role Overview

The Planner will be responsible for the preparation of pre‑tender, tender, and post‑tender documentation, including critical path programmes, project execution plans, flow charts, and labour histograms.

Working closely with site management teams, the Planner will develop detailed contract programmes and project schedules, while also producing regular progress reports and analysis. The role includes preparing site target and look‑ahead programmes, as well as reviewing subcontractor schedules and ensuring their effective integration into the overall construction programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team of highly experienced planners within Walls Construction. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, while also providing training and technical support on planning systems and software.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification, ideally in Engineering or a related discipline

  • Minimum of five years’ planning experience within the construction industry

  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with planning and programming software

  • Experience in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject is preferred

  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
