Qiddiya Investment Company is recruiting professionals with Engineering qualifications and experience for Manager roles through Playpath: Engineering the Future.

Playpath roles are designed for Saudi professionals seeking to build their career and strengthen their expertise through five specialized career pathways which include:
- Manager - Design
- Manager - Development
- Manager - Health, Safety and Worker Welfare
- Manager - Commercial
- Manager - Projects (Delivery)
Key responsibilities will depend on the specific role and may include:
• Manage departmental strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision, monitoring risks, and improving operations.
• Oversee policies, procedures, stakeholder engagement, and communication channels.
• Manage budgeting, financial variances, forecasting, cost control, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices.
• Translate strategy into SMART goals and oversee the department’s talent management cycle.
• Manage reporting processes and ensure compliance with Qiddiya’s reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Approximately 7–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in major capital projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate or mixed-use development is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
