Plumbing Apprentice

Summary of Job:

Engages in the fabrication of plumbing products.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and training.
• NCCER certification preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Technical Skills – Plumbing
• Must be able to meet productivity standards in a timely manner.
• Must be observant of safety and security procedures and be able to determine appropriate action beyond guidelines.
• Ability to use equipment and materials appropriately is required.
• Must be able to follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions.
• Must be able to keep commitments which can include long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
• Should complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan.
