PMO Support Lead
About this role
The Work:
Support the service delivery and product teams in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client objectives. This role executes demand‑management processes, provides training on standard project‑management practices, facilitates project governance and reporting, and develops analytical models to improve decision‑making. Additionally, the role serves as a certified agile coach to help teams plan and execute projects across the portfolio. Standard (non‑elevated) federal network access is required.
This person will serve as a connection point between the delivery team and broader project management team – being able to “translate” PMO requirements and processes to delivery focused resources is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of resources, project plans, and budget allocations across service delivery and product teams
- Execute demand‑management processes to ensure proper intake, prioritization, and tracking of work
- Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and decision‑making workflows
- Create data‑driven models and dashboards to improve forecasting, resourcing, and business decision processes
- Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with business goals and client expectations
- Work closely with our finance team to accurately report and adjust complex financial forecasts for multiple sub-teams in a highly visible environment
- Support compliance with federal project documentation and reporting requirements
Here’s What You Need:
- Familiarity with government contracting, particularly understanding the structure of a government contract (contract line items, deliverables, etc.)
- Experience providing project management operations support within a delivery-focused environment
- Needs to understand PMO process timelines as well as business implications (as related to government contracting) throughout all aspects of project finances
- Understanding of demand management, resource planning, and budget tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret project data
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Bonus Points If:
- Certified Agile Coach or similar agile certification
- Skills in Program/Project Management

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
