Prep Cook

Under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Manager, the Kitchen Assistant’s responsibilities include preparing all items needed for meals, proper cleaning of the kitchen, following all food safety standards, and assisting in prepping items for meals in advance. This position will adhere to the Camp Code of Conduct, support the Christian camping and ministry culture as well as uphold the mission, and practices of The Salvation Army and its doctrine.
