About this role

In order to assist our expanding clientele with our dialogue software, we seek a Presales Consultant based in the USA. This position holds significant importance within AnywhereNow's worldwide Sales Team. As a Presales Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve gathering client specifications and determining optimal technical solutions. Your role will encompass conducting pre-sales product demonstrations and evaluating proof of concepts for both potential and current customers.

So, - in short - what will you be doing? Below you'll find a summary of the responsibilities:

  • Identify and design solutions to clients’ technical requirements, e.g. by leading workshops to scope and design a fit-for-purpose solution.

  • Engage in pre-sales technical consultancy, providing technical assistance and guidance during all stages of the presales process.

  • Support with RFP responses.

  • Create and deliver technical and product presentations, both internally and externally.

  • Proactively identify ways of improving the presales processes and team documentation.

  • Support the Professional Services team by providing clear technical requirements for the designed solution.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:

  • Preferably 4+ years in a customer-facing role;

  • Fields of job expertise: Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365;

  • Awareness of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies and integrating third-party APIs;

  • Implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies.

  • Commitment to staying up to date with new-to-market technologies to deliver industry best practice service offerings.
