Responsibilities
You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
