This is more than a project delivery role. • Take a collaborative stakeholder engagement approach across all activity and processes required for development consent processes.
  • Promote and sponsor innovation, to maximise opportunities for workstream efficiencies and the ongoing development of our portfolio of solutions.
  • Mentor and support the technical and personal development of colleagues and peers, to further enhancing your teams capability footprint

  • Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  • Support the technical development of staff and be accountable for implementing processes that ensure the technical assurance of deliverables are in place and constantly pursue performance improvement.

About you

  • Technically credible and confident in leading complex EIAR and consenting workstreams.
  • Collaborative, able to work effectively with planners, engineers, environmental specialists, clients, regulators and subconsultants.
  • Clear and persuasive in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex environmental issues to non-specialist audiences.
  • Commercially aware, organised and accountable for scope, programme, budget, quality and risk.
  • A supportive mentor who builds capability, shares knowledge and contributes to a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Curious and improvement-focused, with an interest in innovation, digital tools, proportionate assessment and continuous improvement in EIA practice.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff, developing technical guidance, improving delivery processes or contributing to practice-wide EIA quality systems.

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
