Job Description:

Suitable candidates will possess hands on experience and expertise in the development of databases and data warehouses, data visualization tools, and analytical tools including machine learning.  This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. US Person status required.

Key Responsibilities:

o    Develop database schema and management strategies for SQL Server Always-On system.

o    Liaise with Physicists, Engineers and Test teams to characterize Atomic Clock test data.

o    Develop and support Stored Procedure based DB interface for ATE (automated test equipment), visualization tools (JMP, Origin, etc.), and analysis (Python, R)

o    Implement and manage statistical, numerical, and machine-learning based data characterization.

o    Integrate Test Data with other data sources (component traceability, Manufacturing equipment telemetry, returns, etc.)

o    Manage DB source code, develop & execute validation test plans in accordance with industry practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

o    Requires BS/MS and 10+ years of experience in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline.

o    Requires experience managing large datasets and databases.

o    Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and interface well with peers and management in a corporate setting.

o    Academic or industry experience implementing Data-Mining & Knowledge Discovery techniques.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000-$232,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
